C-arm is a modality of intra-operative imaging during spinal surgery. It improves the accuracy of spinal surgery. 3D –C-arm is the latest generation machine. It gives real-time images in during surgery in axial dimension. This improves the accuracy tremendously and allows for any corrections immediately in case of malpositioned screws.
